Accepted Payment Methods
India: Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), NetBanking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders up to ₹2500.
B2B/Clinic Orders: Bank Wire transfers (NEFT/RTGS) and Net30 billing structures for approved clinics.
Transaction Security
All payment processing is handled through PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant gateways (Razorpay, Shopify Payments) with 256-bit SSL encryption. Essential Derma never stores your card credentials or payment PINs.
COD Terms
For COD orders, a flat convenience charge of ₹30 applies. COD orders require OTP verification via mobile SMS prior to fulfillment.
