14-Day Returns
We offer a 14-day return window for all unopened, sealed cosmetic formulations. If you change your mind, contact our support desk at [email protected] to arrange a return pickup.
Clinical Adverse Reaction Guarantee
We formulate our products to be bio-compatible and non-irritating. However, skin profiles vary. If you experience an adverse dermatological reaction (severe redness, burning, hives), stop using the product immediately and contact us.
Upon verification or medical note submission, we will issue a full refund for the product, even if it has been opened.
Refund Processing
Once the returned package is received and inspected at our warehouse, refunds are initiated within 3-5 business days back to the original payment source.
